I, too, want to know what constitutes a Rum Barrel. But then, it is the judges who decide. The reality is that traditional Rum Barrel recipes are almost the easiest and identical. 1 oz of everything! No need for any other measuring device! That almost defines the recipe for me. But, certainly, there are better and worse ones. |
