Okay... well... from time to time we MUST splurge.
We MUST give thanks to the Tiki gods and please them without hesitation.
So... now... I imbibe...
1oz Appleton Estate 21 Year
1oz El Dorado 12 Year Demerara
.5oz lime juice
.5oz orange curacao
.25oz orgeat
.25oz turbinado syrup

Good lord... I think I've found nirvana.
