I opened up one of the bottles I received yesterday and made the Pisco Sour using the recipe included on a tag with each bottle. Instead of sugar I used a teaspoon of Trader Vics Sugar Syrup. I took a couple of sips and wasn't too impressed. It had a white wine/sake kinda taste. So I decided to add some orange juice to it (something I often use to save some of my experimental concoctions). Ymmmmmm!!! That did the trick! So I would recommend using 3 parts Pisco, 1 part lemon juice, 4 parts orange juice and 1 tsp sugar syrup. I don't know what you'd call it, but it was smooth and tasty!

Now, does anyone know where to find a kit to convert a bottle into a lamp?
