The NYT had an article about one of the few things that the Iraqi government is actually doing is to consider banning smoking, of all things. Anyway, about halfway down the story is this quote: “There are more important issues they should be considering,” said Aboud al-Dulaimi, who was sitting with two friends outside a tiki-themed hookah bar in downtown Baghdad. Couldn't help but wonder what a tiki-themed hookah bar in downtown Baghdad might look like?
