Definitely a Munktiki. Paul Nielsen made right around a dozen one-of-a-kind variations on this design and I'm pretty sure the one in that photo is this one.
It was sold in Feb. 2009. These are super rare and you'd have to be mighty lucky to score one. Tiki Farm put out a Squid designed trough bowl for Island Systems & Design that is somewhat like a boat and those pop up every now and then.
