This site brings up an interesting point: At what point will the amount of Tiki Revival mugs overtake the amount of classic restaurant mugs (as in mugs produced during the mid-20th century)? I am talking about individual designs and their sculptural variations (not the same mug in different colors or with different names on it). I am no good at statistic estimates... And also: Is it even feasible for a new Tiki fan to start collecting vintage mugs nowadays? |
