Make sure you save a bit of time for some of the roadside wildlife, the Spring Hill concrete Sauropods! Great for photo ops!! Also, I am going to take a quick jaunt down to the Tahitian Resort and Tahitian Gardens in Hudson (a half-hour south on Hwy 19).
