I was just reminded of another tiki bar in the East Village, King Tut's Wah-Wah Hut, that I haven't been to in maybe 15 years. It's in the basement of the Niagra restaurant, on 7th Street and Avenue A, or was. Anyone know if it's still there? My recollection was that it had a good vibe but the drinks came out of a slushy machine and not acceptable. They have a Facebook page.... |
