I'm afraid your top five is a top three. Attempts to bring tiki/Polynesian theme places to Vegas in the last 10-15 years have mostly flopped, Frankie's being the exception. Taboo Cove, Don the Beachcomber, Trader Vic's, --- and there was some pedestrian tiki bar in southern Vegas that I've forgotten the name of now and assume it's gone as well.
