Hi zerostreet, it is acrylic but mixed with water so that it will apply evenly. But it takes 20 or more layers before it shows up on the velvet. Have you done velvets? Do you have any in your brand new book? Looks like I can get three hugs out of four men (posting here) at Oasis. Now that's something to look forward to.
