I only keep it around to use in the old cocktails.
When Vic says "white rum" in a recipe, then dammit, I'm gonna use "white rum" in a recipe.
But... flavor-wise... only the high alcohol pure-cane ones do anything for me.
The La Favorite Agricole Blanc is freakin' stellar.
