I started off my holiday weekend with a Nui Nui which was quite tasty. Now I'm on a McCadden Place Mai Tai (you all know why it's called that right?) from here, http://beachbumberry.com/2009/10/10/cocktail-combat-in-kona/ About halfway down the page for the recipe. It is really good, a bit lime heavy maybe because I subbed Appleton Reserve for the Bacardi 8. I'm thinking maybe some Barbancourt in the next one.
