It certainly has been HOT! I cut my carving short yesterday for the same reason...think im gona invest in a shade tent...lol.

I haven't carved any of the oak yet...just letting it dry a little first. Not sure what to use or how to go about it but that's all part of the fun. Ill just dive in and figure it out as I go :)
