I have asked questions of the seller, which he chooses not to answer. Interestingly, another two of the paintings he had listed, which were copies of Mitch O'Connell's work (including his Tiki Magazine cover), mysteriously changed to listings for Audioslave and "The Day the Earth Stood Still" artwork after I asked if he had Mitch's permission to use his artwork. Either this guy is actively commissioning tiki knockoffs from Chinese factory painters, or they are already trawling the work of lowbrow and poster artists for source material.

Generally speaking (from experience) trademe couldn't give a shit about artist's copyright if they are making money and it doesn't make the news, but if this is your work (or someone can let these guys know) you can message them here:
