Okay...I hate it when you ask for a place to find something, and then all the DIY'ers come out of the woodworks. "Hey, I know you didn't want recipes, but here is MY recipe!!! Yea, I get to show off!!!" Sometimes, actually most times people enjoy having a drink made "for" them. And if there were such a place I would send you there. But I have hit the bars of Kauai hard. As in every summer hard for decades. Going back to when the drinking age was 18. Yea. And there is really no great place to get a tiki drink on Kauai. Sadly the Seashell is long gone, as is the bar at the Coco Palms. So as much as I hate to do this....I must advise you make your own.

Pineapples and limes: There is a farmers market on the island almost every day of the week. Best way to get cheaper pineapples. And if you get lucky....vine ripened pineapples. The quality of all of our lives is diminished by the fact that we cannot get vine ripened pineapples on the Mainland. But I digress.

Rum: Appleton V/X can be found in the Kapaa Foodland. Good place for Rum. Also Myers Dark and some others can be found. They also sell Koloa Rum Company Rum. Or you can go to the distillery tasting room to buy it.
In the Kukui Grove Shopping Center there is a Longs Drugs (no not CVS, Hawaii still has Longs). They have Cruzan Coconut Rum so you can buy some Meadow Gold Guava Juice and make some Leilani Volcanos. Wonderful in the hot sun.

Passionfruit syrup: You have hit the motherload of Passionfruit syrup. You have access to the very best, so make some passionfruit cocktails. Auntie Lilikoi has a store in Waimea. If you are not near there go to Longs in Kapaa. They sell her stuff. Make a Chief Lupu Lapu or Shrunken Skull and be happy to be alive and on Kauai.
