Jerome, Master carver in disguise, Totally Excellent works my friend, and I am So Happyhappyhappy to see you creating so much from the Ancient Maori arts. our Marq's are excellent too as are most all your pieces.
It's hard for me to tell which way the adz is facing in Tamma's question but the Sharpened bevel side is the one which should be striking the wood first as in a normal chisel and it does make a big difference if it is hafted upside down so make sure you get it right-side-up, which I'm sure you will.
Just plain NICE Stuff!
When you coming to Florida (and get some sand in your shoes), you never answered????
