From: Pat Palika Enos "Bill Tapia peacefully passed away last night in his sleep. Ever since June of this year, Bill has been getting weaker, but his strong will to live almost kept him going until his 104th birthday. " SoccerTiki and I were so privileged to have know Bill and to have had him play at our wedding. I know Bill is already playing his Uke at a Little Grass Shack in Paradise.
