I made a Molokia Mike last night using the classic Trader Vic's recipe found on page 72 in TV's Tiki Party. Then I made a few changes. I replaced the OJ and lemon J with pineapple J and lime J in the first layer and blue curacao for grenadine on the top layer. It tasted good and looked even better. Let me know what you think. Also has anyone ever tried any other combinations of 2 different colored layers. One key to either drink is on the lower layer blend or shake it for only a few seconds, but on the top layer blend or shake much longer. Cheers!
