Enjoying a La Cola Nostra:

1.5 oz Zacapa 23
1 oz Averna
.25 oz Pimento dram
.5 oz Simple syrup (1:1)
.75 lime juice
2 oz Champagne

Shake all but champagne with ice cubes, then strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
Top with champagne.
