I know this a bad picture, but it is the only one I can find. I am trying to figure out what kind of Palm Tree this is. I know it is Cold Hardy due to a person has them planted in their yard. I have been looking to ask them, but the house is for sale now and no one is ever there..

Any help is greatly appreciated!
