Waikiki, Columbus, OH (restaurant) - Locating Tiki

Inside of the matchbook, seating to 500 so the place had some size. Tikiskip had posted an image of this on another thread for the Top of the Isle restaurant but not much came of it. I saw this menu on ebay that may have been from this Waikiki. There was no address listed. Maybe some of the Ohio TC members have something more on this one.
