hm... all i can say for now is that it was roughly 4 miles from the location of the original luau hut in silver spring. ADDENDUM: based on the evidence we have, the Outrigger was the same location as the Kahlua Hut, so they must have switched names (and possibly management?) at some point. http://www.tikicentral.com/viewtopic.php?topic=46694&forum=2
