Hello Tiki Central! Time for a spring update...

-Thank you McTiki! I think nice detail make good look for the entire carving.

-Hi Clarita! Those eyes is just cut of shell, they have a center now...Thank's!

-Lot of character and yet lot of work... Thank you Big T!

-Sorry Sensei Carver, Tekoteko is not yet finished. Soon moko study and carving. Meanwhile, I stumbled on an acacia pieces and I had to do something... Get well soon Sensei Carver!

Tekoteko not finished I said above, but a little progress:


Wooden nail ...

...makes a sharp eyes!

Another thing that I took the time to finish, cérémonial adze Toki poutangata:


Walnut handle and fiber. Pounamou blade by Tamapoutini!

On his oak and plexiglas stand:

Something different, inspired by Brancusi, Pogany Tiki carved in acacia:

And as Easter approaches ... a carving of season:
