try your local Asian groceries- they may have fresh fruits and canned/bottled juices not available at the chain groceries... I've actually used mango juice with a splash of lemon before as a sub for the grapefruit and it was very suitable for navy grog. i've also subbed guava for grapefruit- again, a great navy grog.
