Having recently been in Hawaii, I had some Kona coffee on hand, so made a Black Magic last night (subbing Smith & Cross for the Kohala Bay)...very delish! Never been to the Mai Kai, so I can't compare, but this one is going in the "permanent" menu at the home bar. |
