In the meantime, here is my ode to the Mai Kai: The mighty Mai Kai is like a film set... ...where in richly embroidered interiors... ...the most potent potions are served Even the tables they are served on... ...are works of art! Add to this beckoning Wahines... ...and warriors with big Tikis... ...even the Haoles join in to dance... ..and sing the Hukilau song: We are going...to the Hukilau...
