I didn't have creme de banana so I used some cheap banana liquor that has been lurking in the back of my fridge for over a year. I used only a teaspoon, just incase. And it was a good choice. There is still some slight "bad-booze" flavor in the background from the cheap liquor. But other than that, it's a great and unique tropical drink. And I think the bad taste disappeared once it diluted a little. This is a good one, definitely for those sweet tooth -moments. I'd really like to know how it tastes at the Mai-Kai. Hmm, I still have some lime juice left. Maybe I should try the Hawai'i-version too.
