My neighborhood friends and I collected and traded them. We were so obsessed, we even knew when a new series would be arriving at the local drug store. I'm almost ashamed to admit that I would spend weeks worth of allowances to buy a new sealed box of the packs. A couple of weeks ago I was going through some old boxes in our storage area and actually found my old Wacky Packages collection. For some odd reason I still like to look at those things....
