That way if someone wants to help a newbie or veteran they can. if someone gets offended by it then they can not go to that part of tc..Maybe this will make people stop crying-- non-stop -- and basically making a fuss over nothing --just so they can babble and tell people how screwed up they are ....These people are the ones that are ruining TC not people asking what their stuff is worth...
