Thanks, Mike. It's also a fantastic neighborhood up here with a very friendly and social bunch, mostly in the entertainment biz. My neighbors include Malcolm Jamal Warner, James Franco, Adrian Barbeau, Hunter Parrish, Chris Bruno and many writers/directors. This is a perfect place for working at home, away from it all. We're tucked up in the canyon, but it's just 4 min. to Ralph's, 7 min. to CBS and 14 min. to Universal.
