I'm making another batch tonight so I'll try the double extraction this time and report back. I'm also going to try the peeler for the ginger, that's a good suggestion Swanky, thanks! EDIT - First extraction of the new batch came out GREAT! Pulp is back in some overproof and will be liberated later tomorrow morning.
