All agents assigned to OPERATION HANALEI are now required to exchange any and all T.I.K.I. issued hardware for the new Qx14 INVISIBLE apparatus.
There will be no exceptions and agents that fail to complete the exchange before 2300 GMT on 8.16.12 will be released of duty.
