Somehow we're home, unloaded, unpacked, and exhausted. That was a fantastic weekend. Many many thanks for the efforts of so many people...Otto & Baby Doe, the Tiki Oasis staff, the volunteers, the artists, performers, educators, vendors, room party hosts, and all of the friends (new and old) we saw this weekend. The time really just flew by.

The Tikiyaki Orchestra set a really high bar Thursday night with their performance at the Bali Hai and Val and I rode that energy throughout the weekend. I'm not sure how Martin Cate keeps finding ways to top himself, but I'll just enjoy the ride as he does. We didn't make it to a ton of room parties, but I can say both the Ding Dong Devils and the Tonga Hut parties were top notch. And the new art we picked up...I can't wait until it's on the walls and shelves.

Like many others, I have hundreds of photos to sort through for the photo thread. But that's a project for tomorrow.
