Wondering if that would be a part of your move-in? I use to live in Redondo; and the strand brings back many memories. You are definately going to enjoy your new home (geographicaly), and it may be a "mental shock" when it actually rains there some day(from Seattle). I will be down that way for the holidays with family and would love to share a holiday buttered rum with a fellow Tcer (also while visiting family, you must have an outlet).
