Help Identify, What Is This, Is This A? Thread - Collecting Tiki

My mom found for me it in an antique shop on the west coast of Florida. He has no markings on the bottom, but you can tell that it's old by the wear on the underside. Not sure if he's a toothpick holder/shot glass? I've tried looking up I don't know how many combos of pink/tiki/shot/toothpick/etc.. to no avail. His face looks super similar to the one on the Trader Vic's shaker next to him, but that's the only thing I've been able to deduce.
