Just for kicks and giggles, I found these cocktail recipes in one of those "secret restaurant recipes" books. Have fun. Hawaiian Punch (Claim Jumper) Fill 16-ounce glass with ice. Add ingredients in order without stirring or shaking. Garnish with a pineapple slice and cocktail cherry speared on a paper umbrella. Mai Tai (Claim Jumper) Fill a 16-ounce glass with ice. Add light rum and mai tai mix. Float dark and 151 rums. Garnish with a pineapple slice and cocktail cherry speared on a paper umbrella.
Mix ingredients together. Makes about 1 cup. Tropical Storm (Claim Jumper) Pour passion fruit juice and grenadine into 16-ounce glass. Add ice. Pour in rums and then the sweet & sour and orange juice. Float 151 rum. Garnish with orange slice and cocktail cherry speared on a toothpick. Hawaiian Volcano (TGI Friday’s) Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and pour into a 14-ounce glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange slice on the glass' rim, and lemon and lime wedges in the drink. Shark Tooth (Joe's Crab Shack) Shake ingredients with crushed ice. Pour into a 16-ounce glass. Add ice to fill. Garnish with an orange wheel and cocktail cherry speared to a toothpick. Hurricane (Hard Rock Cafe) Fill a 23-ounce glass with ice. Add ingredients. Garnish with lemon wedge and cocktail cherry.
Sunburn (Chili’s) Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and pour into a 16-ounce glass filled with ice. Garnish with a cocktail cherry. |
