sven, as far as i know the house is already sold and I'm not sure what the new owners are going to do with it. I spoke with the realtor to let them know that if the owners are going to remodel, i would come dismantle the basement and haul away all the materials. bamboo is at a premium in the midwest and I need some to finish off my own tiki room. It's actually cheaper to buy bamboo from oceanic arts and ship it here than to buy bamboo locally. Plus , with all these new tiki bars springing up (new one to open in milwaukee) as well as new home tiki bars, i'd have no trouble unloading the remainder. Hate to see a cool basement bar dismantled but if i don't salvage the stuff, it's only going to end up in the dumpster - it always does.
