A friend proposed to do that for my Tiki Ti mug. This piece does indeed look like someone tried to dabble in Tiki mug design, not half bad, kinda Mayan/SciFi... and yes, a truly odd reversal of the natural thrift shop process, to have a mug show up in one before it was even produced! (just assuming that it wasn't, why would it have ended up there otherwise) |
