Well Cljha here's the story.
I got this log from my neighbor.
He cut the tree down & left a 6 ft stump standing.
2 or 3 years later he cut the stump down.
That's where I come in.
I'm 65% sure he knows his trees so there's room for error.
I'm here in Florida & we have 3 or 4 kinds of oak.
The color is spectacular but it's not so much fun to carve.
It's a tuff ol dude.
