The Refund policy is the same every year with Tiki Caliente. If you cancel your reservation you will get a refund of the total minus 15.00 for handling fee's/paperwork fee's. Usually within 24 hours if I am by my P.C. NO refunds within 72 hours of the event unless I can get the room covered by someone else. I hope that helps. W P.S. another photo of the secret pool.
