Mike Atta, a close friend of mine, one of the the godfathers of punk, founding member of the first hardcore band ever (Middle Class), small business owner, family man and all around great guy has lung cancer (though he's never smoked a cigarrete in his life). He's been under treatment at USC since December and needs your help. On January 25th, there's a benefit show at the Echoplex in Echo Park featuring The Adolescents, 45 Grave, Shattered Faith, Agent Orange, Mike Watt and more.
