Well then, we have just the ticket: Join us tonight (February 5) at at PKNY from 6-11pm for our weekly Ode to Exotica. Sip potent Polynesian potions with friends old and new as we carefully craft a fitting birthday tribute for Exotica Master Arthur Lyman, born February 2, 1932. Let the stereophonic sounds of selections from Lyman’s “Taboo”, “Leis of Jazz”, and “Sonic Sixties” wash away noxious memories of those tasteless half-time commercials (yes, you know the ones.)!

Mardi Gras (aka Fat Tuesday)! New Orleans will be in full bacchanalian swing, Hurricanes and Sazaracs are flowing… it would be downright un-American of us PKNYers not to partake in this celebration of excess. Join us in our hedonistic hideaway for a night of pure tiki decadence.

Did you know that Primativa in Hi-Fi has been providing the perfect tiki escapism backdrop at PKNY for the past two years? My, how time flies when you’re sipping rum. Time to celebrate!

Come on down to PKNY for our Second Anniversary Bash on 2/19. Everybody's favorite Hula Girl in Heat, the one and only Brooklyn Babydoll, will be shaking things up with her signature wiggle and smile as only she knows how.

As always, thanks for supporting both Primativa in Hi-Fi and PKNY in our efforts to promote and preserve magic of tiki here on on Manhattan Isle. Aloha for now, and see you tonight!
