California has recently started a "Legacy Plates" program. You can order license plates for you Calif. auto in black on yellow, yellow on black, or yellow on blue. The catch is that they must get 7,500 pre-paid applications before they will start printing the plates. They have gotten 1,500 in the past month, I need 6,000 of you to sign up so I can get my plates :D |
