Here are the boys during their recording sessions at Sun Studios... ...It has been said that all rockabilly music sounds the same, but The Hot Rod Hucksters have been playing truly unique music since 2003. The band is comprised of four hard working guys from Chicago who call to mind an unholy amalgamation of Eddie Cochran, Johnny Burnette, The Cramps, and sometimes even the Stray Cats. Neo-Rockabilly, or whatever you want to label it, the music speaks for itself. The drink special :drink: for Saturday 3/16 is a Bird of Paradise served in Collector Mug for $18.00, plus the usual (huge) selection of tropical drinks and asian fusion cuisine to help everyone through the night. What better way to warm up after all this snow than with the hot smokin' sounds of The Hot Rod Hucksters and the tropical ambiance of Chef Shangri-La? :o Also, in honor of St Patty's Day the Chef will be serving GREEN Dr Fongs from 3/9 thru 3/17!! :o Stay tuned for FREE raffle photo coming soon.
