I'm currently shooting a documentary about tiki-philes from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada called "Mai-tais, Toques and Tikis". The film will also feature some history of the old Beachcomber Restaurant that was located here as well. We're going to look at the challenges of collecting tiki in Winnipeg, sourcing ingredients for cocktails etc. We've somehow roped Derek Yaniger into creating a poster for the film too, which is kinda cool.
