DON"T OPEN THE KILN TOO SOON! Patience you bastard. If you haven't gotten rid of the Coconut Bobs with the cracked glaze, put some more glaze on 'em and throw 'em back in the kiln. (cover them well with clear glaze). The glaze will probably fill in the cracks. Then just offer them for sale at a cheaper price and explain their flaws so people know what they're getting.
