Do not put them in those pull-ups style new fangled pseudo-diapers. Use those for bed time, but during the day, use the old fashioned plastic training pants. The pull ups are too comfortable for them and do not give the the urge they need to get trained. That messy, uncomfortable training pant will do the trick.
