Description:
A large development covering a whole block, this place is a late discovery. The size of it makes it unlikely that its decor was very intricate, but the two A-frame pool huts are still standing as spectacular examples of Tiki modernism. Whatever tropical landscaping there might have been has been obliterated by easy maintenance concrete and Mexican gardner Slash & Burn tree trimming.

...and of impressively simple construction
There even are two gas torches still standing
But the rest of the place is far from being a tropical paradise...
...more like a de-forrested desert
