Well we were thoroughly impressed. Cindy , Sharon and Gary from tiki farm and I had a blast. Sharon is Cindy's hula teacher. I was first reluctant to pay $50 a head for the luau but we all got our money's worth. We were greeted with Ku Nui nut leis and drink tickets and had reserved tables where we had many great appetizers while 2 bands were playing in different parts of the venue. They had a huge selection of authentic island foods and kept piling our plates high. Hawaiian hula I. One room while the other had Tahitian and Maori dancing. In the middle of the show they switched rooms. I'm sure half the fee just went to entertainment. I'm surprised that the bathrooms didn't have a show. Then the show finished outside with chairs watching men and girls doing knife and fire dances. Even poi balls on fire. These young girls were amazing with the fire. It was also rewarding to hear so many compliments from real islanders for my carvings saying that is was entertains to watch REAL tikis being carved rather than the Home Depot style. All in all is was a great evening and well worth it. They are going to try to do these monthly. You should come to the next one. You really get your money's worth. He'll they even asked Sharon and Cindy to dance.
