Recently acquired two matchboxes from the Hawaiian Room that aren't in this thread.
Here's the interesting (to us) side with artwork that matches the recipe brochure posted by DustyCajaun:

Don't know the year, 50s? Note the phone number, PLaza 5-4400. Which plaza? the Plaza hotel? Doesn't seem close enough to give name to the exchange .
